Narrative
On 01-12-2026 at approximately 1145 hours I was parked topside at City Hall located at 1055 S Grady Way in
the city of Renton, King County WA. I observed a white Ford F150 leaving the parking lot then take a south
bound turn on to Benson RD S.
The F150 cut the corner and ran over the newly installed aluminum reflective signs the informed drivers the
lane ends.These signs have been ran over numerous times by drivers making a right turn from City Hall in the
past. I inspected the sign which was bent but still operational. I took photos of the sign which were uploaded
to Evidence.com. I was not able to tell what damage was new or old.
A short time later the F150 returned and stated he didn't want to commit a hit and run and wanted to give his
information.The driver was identified by his WA driver's license photo as Ivan Arteaga.The license plate on
the truck was D83450A.There didn't appear to be any damage done to the truck.
