Officer Narrative
Narrative
On 01-12-2026 at 1438 hours I was dispatched to the King County Road Department, located at 155 Monroe
Ave NE, in the City of Renton, County of King,State of Washington,for a reported vehicle colliding into the
gate.
Upon arrival, I contacted the driver, Charles E. Schamu (DOB: 08-27-1960), of a white 2011 GMC Savana (WA
LIC:ADD8902)which had a flat tire on the front right side. Charles stated he was exiting out the gate and
clipped it while driving through. Charles did not have any injuries at the time.
I contacted the King County manager, Gerard J. Green (DOB: 02-18-1967),which informed me that the gate
was bent and no longer working.
I provided both subjects with my business card which contained the case number for their records.This report
is for documentation only.
