E. 176TH ST. �$O55 ' II �' ® YA% r RENTON, WASHINGTON I �q (DI EASE�iEi�T C\j: M'THIS INDENTURE, made this day of ' 01978 by and between CASCADE SEWER DISTR a municipal corporation 0 of King County, Washti'ngton, hereinafter termed the "Grantee" and , hereinafter termed the "Grantors" WITNESSETH: That the said Grantors for a valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by the Grantee, does by these presents convey, grant and warrant unto the Grantee a perpetual easement for sewer mains and appurtenances under, through, above, over and across the following described property situated in King County, Washington, together with 1 after acquired title of the Grantors therein, and more particularly P1scribed as follows: The South 318.0 feet of the Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 31, Township 23 North, Range 5 East, W.M., in King County, Washington; EXCEPT County Roads; EXCEPT the West 1003 feet thereof. Said permanent easement shall be that portion of the above described parcel which lies within the South 10 feet of said Section 31. TOGETHER WITH a temporary construction easement described as that portion of the above described parcel which lies within the South 25 feet of said Section 11. Said temporary construction easement shall remain in force during construction and until the sewer mains and appurtenances are accepted for maintenance and operation by the CASCADE SEWER DISTRICT. 1 % EXCISE TAX NOT REQUIRED Kira Co. Records Divisioin R� ... .�...�............. ... , DE -Puffy The said Grantee shall have the right without prior institution of any suit - of proceeding at law, at such times as may be necessary, to enter upon the easement for the purpose of constructing, repairing, altering or reconstructing said sewer maid, or making any connections therewith, without incurring any legal obligation or liability therefor, provided that such constructing, repairing, altering or re- constructing of said sewer main shall be accomplished in such a manner that the private improvements existing in this easement shall not be disturbed or destroyed, or in the event that they are disturbed or destroyed, they will be replaced in as good a condition as they were irLnediately before the property was entered upon by the said Grantee. (D The Grantor shall retain the right to use the surface of the easement if such 01% use does not interfere with installation of the sewer main.
