Lot 13, Plat of Scott's Terrace, according to the plat recorded in
Volume 72 of Plats, pages 39 and 40, records of King County, Washington.
Said easement shall be a 15 foot wide strip of land lying within the
above described parcel, the centerline of which is described a-s fc 1^ors:
Beginning at a point on the Easterly line of said Lot 13, lying 25 feet
Southerly as measured along said line from the most Northerly corner of
said Lot 13; thence tlesterly parallel with the most Northerly line of
said Lot 13 a distance of 85 feet; thence Southwesterly to a point on
the Southwesterly line of said Lot 13 lying 12 feet Southeasterly as
measured along said line from the most Westerly corner of said Lot 13
and the terminus of this description.
Together with a 30 foot wide temporary construction easement iying
15 feet on each side of the above described centerline.
Said temporary construction easement shall remain in force during
construction and until the sewers and appurtenances are accepter for
maintenance and operation by the CASCADE SEWER DISTRICT.

The said Grantee shall have the right without prior institution of any
suit or proceeding at law, at such times as may be necessary, to enter upon
the easement for the aurpose of constructing, repairing, altering or recon-
structing said sewer main, or making any connections therewith, without in-
curring any legal obligation or liability therefor, provided that such con-
structing, repairing, altering or reconstructing of said sewer main shall be
accomplished in such a manner that the private improvements existing in this
ease^ent shall not be disturbed or destroyed, or in the event that they are
disturbed or destroved, they will be replaced in as good a condition as they
were immediately before the property was entered upon by the said Grantee.
The Grantor shall retain the right to use the surface of the easement
if such use does not interfere with installation of the sewer main. However,
the Grantor shall not erect buildings or structures on the easement during
the existence of said easement.
The easement, during its existence, shall be a covenant running with the
land and shall be binding on the successors, heirs, and assigns of both of
the parties hereto.
