Lot IS, Plat of Scott's Terrace, according to the plat recorded
in Volume 72 of Plats, pages 39 and 40, records of King County,
Washington.
Said Easement shall be that portion of the above described parcel
lying Northerly and Westerly of the following described line:
Beginning at a point 22 feet Southerly of the. Northwest corner of
said Lot 15 as measured along the Westerly line thereof; thence
East-erly to a point which lies 30 feat Fasterl,%% of the Westerly 1Jne
and IS feet Southerly of the Northerly line as measured at right
angles to said lines of said Lot 15; thence Northerly to a point on
the Northerly line of said Lot 15 which lies 30 feet Easterly of the
Northwest corner thereof.
Together with a temporary construction easement described as the
Northerly 45 feet of the Westerly 40 feet of said Lot IS.
Said temporary construction easement shall remain in force during
construction and until the sewers and appurtenances are accepted
for maintenance and operation by the CASCADE: SEWER DISTRICT.
