The South 10 feet and the Westerly 10 feet of Lot 18, Plat of Scott's Terrace,
according to the plat recorded in Volume 72 of Plats, Pages 39 and 40, records
of King County, Washington.
Together with a temporary construction easement described as the South 30 feet
and the Westerly 30 feet of said Lot 18.
Said temporary construction easement shall remain in force during construction and
until the sewers and appurtenances are accepted for maintenance and operation by
the CASCADE SEWER DISTRICT.
'The said Grantee shall have the right .`ithout prior institution of any
1suit or proceeding at law, at such times as may be necessary, to enter upon
the easement for the purpose of constructing, repairing, altering or recon-
structing said sewer main, or making any connections therewith, without in-
curring any legal obligation or liability therefor, provided that such con-
structing, repairing, altering or reconstructing of said sewer main shall be
accomplished in such a manner that the private improvements existing in this
easement shall not be disturbed or destroyed, or in the event that they are
disturbed or destroyed, they will be replaced in as good a condition as they
were immediately before the property was entered upon by the said Grantee.
The Grantor shall retain the right to use the surface of the easement
if such use does not interfere with installation of the sewer main. However,
Co the Grantor shall not erect buildings or structures on the easement during
O the existence of said easement.

The easement, during its existence, shall be a covenant running with the
O land and shall be binding on the successors, heirs, and assigns of both of
O the parties hereto.
