Good Morning Lori and Rachel,
The City approves an extension for the originally issued Temporary Use Permit for Food Trucks at
Southport (LUA24-000357). The extension is valid for a period of 6 months and will expire on June 8,
2026. Once this extended permit has expired, a new Temporary Use Permit (TUP) would need to be
applied for, and all fees paid, to continue to permit food trucks on the project site.
