Thank you for your comments on the Talbot Hills Short Plat (LUA26-000004) related to the discovery of
cultural/archeological resources, the protection of critical areas and native trees, the installation of
native plants and mature trees on the site, and dark sky compliant lighting. Your comment has been
included in the official project file and you have been made a party of record to the project. Staff will
consider your concerns during review of the project and incorporate them into the staff report for the
