E. 29th Mercer Island, WA 98040 E A S E M E N T THIS AGREEMENT, made this day of , 197,, by and between the CASCADE SEWER DISTRICT, a municipal corporation of King County, Washington, hereinafter termed the "Grantee", and hereinafter termed the "Grantor(s)". WITNESvETH: That the said Grantor for and in consideration of the sum of S to be paid by the Grantee, and other valuable consideration does by these presents grant unto the Grantee a perpetual easement for sewer mains and appurtenances throuh, over and across the Following described property situated in King County, Ulashington, more particularly described as follows: The North 10 feet of the West 440 feet of the following described parcel: That portion of the South half of the South half of the Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 31, Township 23 North; Range 5 East, W.M., lying Easterly of Talbot Road and North of Carr Road; EXCEPT that portion of the North half of the South half of the South half of the Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of said Section described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the South line of said subdivision and the East line of Talbot Road; thence Northerly along said East line 69 feet; thence East 128 feet; thence Southerly parallel with the East line of said Talbot Road 69 feet to the South line of said subdivision; thence Westerly along said South line 128 feet to the true point of beginning; Situate in the County of King, State of Washington. Together with a temporary construction easement described as the North 30 feet of the West 440 feet of the above described parcel. No. 11 The enclosed document is the easement required on your property for the sewer lines to be constructed in this project. The sewer line, when constructed, will be located within the permanent easement: The contractor will be required by contract to confine his operations to within the temporary construction easement. The contractor will also be required to restore the surface of your property, within the easement. Photographs will be taken, prior to the start of construction, to insure compliance with this requirement. Your written approval of the restoration will also be requested. Since all costs of the easement become part of the project costs of the ULID, and since your assessments pay for these project costs, the Cascade Sewer District is making nominal offers for all easements. The Cascade Sewer District therefore offers you the sum of $40.00 for your easement. Please note that your signature on the enclosed document must be notarized. Please return one copy of the enclosed document, with your signatures to the Cascade Sewer District at 17200 - 120th Ave. S.E. Renton, Wn. 98055. Also please note that we have enclosed one extra copy of the easement document for your file and future reference. If you have any questions regarding the project, please call me.
