NARRATIVE
25-80363
This report is a summary of events that occurred and is not an exact sequencing of events.
Statements have been paraphrased and summarized.
On 12/03/2025 at approximately 1728 hours, myself, Officer R. Watson, was dispatched to an
accident with no injuries and non-blocking, at the intersection of Main AVE S and S 3rd ST, within the
City Limits of Renton, County of King, State of Washington.
Dispatch notes stated that there were two vehicles involved, non-blocking, no injuries, and one of the
drivers did not have insurance.
When I arrived on scene, I saw unit#1 just pass the intersection with her flashers on and unit#2 had
pulled onto Houser Way S with its flashers on.
Unit#1 driven by Zuleika Gonzalez-Donaire (DOB 02/21/1991) verified by WA DOL photo, stated she
was driving a Blue 2007 Toyota Yaris, WA plate CPW9041. There were no other passengers in the
vehicle. Zuleika Said that she was traveling eastbound on S 3rd ST when she crossed the
intersection of S 3rd ST and Main AVE S when unit#2 came at a high rate of speed towards her and
they collided. Zuleika said she had right arm pain. Zuleika was assessed by medics on scene and
declined further treatment. When I asked for Ada's license, registration and insurance she was able to
provide me with her license and registration but said she did not have insurance on the vehicle. Unit
#1 had moderate damage to the left side of the vehicle, no airbag deployment and was towed from
the scene by Gene Meyers.
Unit#2 driven by Virginia M. Rademacher (DOB 05/07/1944) verified by WA DOL photo, stated she
was driving a Red 216 Ford Edge, WA plate BLP6158. There were no other occupants in the vehicle.
Virginia said that she was traveling southbound on Main AVE when she approached the intersection
with S 3rd ST. She said that she had the green light and went through the intersection when unit#1
came from S 3rd ST and collided with her. Virginia said she had no injuries and declined aid. Unit#2
had significant front end damage, no airbag deployment and her vehicle was towed from the scene by
Gene Meyers.
An exchange of information was completed and provided to each party. A citation for driving without
valid insurance was forwarded to the Renton Prosecutors Office, cite # 5A0823408, for Zuleika.
