Narrative
Unit 2 told me that their vehicle was parked on the street Infront of their home.They did not see the collision
at all just told by the neighbor who witnessed the car hit their vehicle then take off.The neighbor was able to
retrieve a photo of the suspect vehicles license plate.They told me that the damage was a big scratch on the
rear driver side bumper and small scratch on driver side of car.
Unit 2 was sent a citizen link and sent in phots that matched the damage they described and the license plate
of suspect vehicle.
Unit 2 was given a case number for reference and for her insurance
