Narrative
During this incident, I was equipped with a body-worn camera, which records both audio and video. Portions
of this incident were recorded. This report is merely a summary of the incident and is not intended to be an
exact transcription of the entire investigation or what may have been captured with the recording system.
was operating a fully marked Police Tahoe#309 which was equipped with overhead emergency lights and
sirens. I was also wearing my department issued Renton Police uniform clearly identifies me as a Police
Officer.
Case Number 26-492
On 01/17/2026 at approximately 1950 hours I was dispatched to a hit and run collision that had occurred at
the intersection of SW Grady Way and Rainier Ave S,within the City of Renton, King County, Washington.
I identified the victim (unit 2) in this collision as a 2016 Toyota Rav-4(WA/LIC: BHH5141 VIN#
2T3BFREV9GW445259). I identified the driver as Intisar A Osman (DOB 04/16/1990) and the rear passenger
occupant as Muhannad M Shafici (DOB 11/28/2017.
Unit 2 advised that she was traveling eastbound on SW Grady Way and preparing to turn left to travel
northbound onto Rainier Ave S.As she was waiting at the redlight a Chevy Camaro rear ended her, proceeded
to make a U-turn,then flee westbound on SW Grady Way. Unit 2 had no description of any occupants of the
suspect vehicle, and it was not located during an area check. I was unable to find any vehicles matching the
description on FLOCK.
There was minor damage to the rear of unit 2 but it was able to leave under its own power. No injuries were
reported in unit 2.There is no further suspect information.
