Be advised that the Filterra stormwater treatment unit was remediated and reactivated (Not by Contech) on
12/16/2025 Activation refers to bringing the unit into operation by installing mulch and dissipation stone and final inspection.
The second page of this letter contains a list of each Filterra unit that is included on this activation notice.
