Re: C23004636 Maple Highlands – Monument Cards
Dear Huy,
Conner Homes at Maple Highlands, LLC, will install monuments and provide copies of the monument
cards to the City after final asphalt lift installation. Due to winter weather conditions, we’ve submitted a
deferral request to the City requesting approval to defer installation of final asphalt lift until the weather
permits. We anticipate installing monuments by March 2026 (weather permitting).
