On 12-16-2026 at approximately 1515 hours, I was dispatched to a report a hit and run traffic collision in the
parking lot of 2101 SW Sunset Blvd in the City of Renton, County of King, State of Washington. I arrived on
scene and contacted the reporting party Fayo K Ibrahim (DOB: 04-21-1990).
Fayo told me this afternoon around 1158 hours she was involved in a hit and run traffic collision. She was
attempting to park her vehicle in the smaller parking lot located on the southwest corner of the "C" building.
To gain access to that parking lot you travel down a narrow alley type roadway that runs along the south side
of the "C" building. At the same time a maroon sedan was turning around in the small parking lot.The sedan
hit the front driver side of her vehicle with the front driver side of his vehicle.The driver appeared to be a
Hispanic male approximately 30-40 years of age.The driver was wearing a dark colored beanie hat and a light
blue or teal green shirt.The driver did not stop and drove off towards west side of the "C" building down the
alley.
Fayo told me she followed the vehicle and saw it park on the northwest corner of the "C" building.The driver
exited the vehicle and ran into an unknown apartment in the "C" building. Fayo told me she believes she could
identify the driver if she saw him again. Fayo also told me she has in car video that recorded the collision and
has an image of the driver.The video was later uploaded to AXON and reviewed by me.The video matches
Fayo's accounts of what happen.
I located the vehicle still parked where Fayo last saw it on the northwest corner of the "C" building.The
vehicle is a maroon Kia Spectra (WA-CPD0938).The registered owner of the KIA, Connor W Coleman did not
live at this address.The WADOL photo of Connor did not match the driver in the video.
Fayo is going to speak with management this week to identify the driver. Fayo told me she would email with
those results.
