Dear Mr. Becker,
The Planning Division of the City of Renton accepted the above master application for review on October 29, 2025. During our review, staff determined that additional information is
necessary in order to proceed further. An “On Hold” Notice dated November 20, 2025 was sent to you outlining additional information and requested revisions needed prior to resuming review
of the application. The notice contained a deadline of January 20, 2026 (incorrectly dated as 2025) to submit the additional information and revisions.
City staff received an extension request on January 20, 2026 and has found merit to granting the extension for am additional 90 days. Please submit additional information and requested
revisions by April 20, 2026. Please notify staff if you will need further additional time.
