I brought 2 full size copies to the meeting but he did not ask me to turn in, and I will turn in tomorrow, also
can I turn in 2 full size plans? I don't know where to print half size.
We are both reading and understanding all precon notes you attached
Larry and Kate would like to meet you on Friday morning after the precon meeting, do you have any
schedule?

Thanks for attending yesterday’s precon meeting. I have attached the notes in this email again for your record. I
will need written confirmation (can be via email) that you and your contractor have both read and understand all
the precon notes attached. Please send confirmation at your earliest convenience. In addition, if you haven’t
already done so, we will need (1) full size copy and (1) half size copy of the plans sent to our office. Before we
issue the permit, we will need all invoices paid. I am attaching your latest invoice to this email. You can pay it in
person or online here:

Precon Notes Summary:
• Michael read the precon notes
• Michael emphasized that the private road cannot be closed overnight or without supervision
• Michael let the contractor know that they will need steel sheets onsite to cover the trench
• Emergency access will need to be provided at all times
• Contractor to coordinate with neighbors for allowing entry/exit to their homes

Please see attached for the precon notes for today’s meeting. I am out sick so a different PM will be covering the
precon today. Please forward these meeting notes to your contractor. I will need acknowledgement from you and
the contractor that you have read and understand these notes.
Please bring (1) full size set and (1) half size set to the meeting today, or drop the plans off at the front counter of
City Hall.
