Attached for your review and signature is Amendment No. 1 to TAG-25-049 with Zoom
Communications, Inc. This Amendment authorizes payment of Invoice# INV337461897, in
the amount of $126.02, for the purchase of one additional Webinar 500 license for the City
Council’s Zoom account.
The Information Technology divisionutilizesthe Zoom Workplace Pro subscription to
oversee and manage more than 300 employee Zoom accounts.
