This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by both
parties.
Attached for your review and signature is Amendment No. 4 to TAG-24-024 with Midwestern
Software Solutions (MS2). This Amendment authorizes payment of Invoice # 14027M-26, in
the amount of $1,279.59,for the annual renewal of licensing for the Traffic Data
Management System (TDMS). The current renewal term is 07/01/2026 – 06/30/2027.
The Public Works Transportation division uses this software to manage their Turn
Movement Count (TMC) data.
