SUBJECT:Annual Renewal of YouTube Premium Subscription
This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by both
parties.
Please consider this memo Amendment No. 2 to TAG-24-028 with YouTube (via US Bank –
OneCard). The purpose of this Amendmentis to document the annual renewal of our
YouTube Premium subscription. The current subscription term is 02/11/2026– 02/11/2027.
The Communications division uses YouTube Premium to host our city videos and Council
meetings.
