Attached is Submittal 075 Haul Route Plan for your review prior to sending this back to the contractor. Let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
I believe that the contractor would like to schedule a pre-con in next two weeks if possible. I think we have all the TCPs in and approved by the City. Would it be possible to schedule
the pre-con in the next couple of weeks?

Hi Craig, I would like to review the haul routes since it involves traffic operations. HMA don’t need to look at it if it meets City specs (other submittals you are correct wouldn’t
need to see unless there are alterations).
Do we have an idea of when KC and the Contractor would like to schedule the City precon?

At the pre-project meeting you mentioned that the City only wanted to review submittals relating to Signals, Lighting, Traffic Control, and any custom structures, but that standard items
can be reviewed by the EOR and don’t need to go to the City. Is this a correct statement or did I miss some submittals that your team wanted to review?
I have two submittals Sub 033 HMA Mixes and Sub 075 Haul Routes that have been approved by the EOR and are ready to go back approved to the contractor. Does your team want to review
either of these or would just like a copy once they are approved?
Also do you have a Submittal Approval form, similar to your TCP application, that you want inserted into any of the submittals we send to you in the future?
