26-805 ACC
On 1/28/2026 1 was working as a uniformed patrol officer and driving a marked patrol vehicle for
the City of Renton. Sgt Gorajewski requested I respond to 1616 N 30th St Renton/King/WA to
complete a collision report involving the 2022 Ford F250 WA/XMT73343D.This vehicle is the
Renton Police Department Animal Control vehicle.
I arrived on scene and located the Animal Control truck in the east side of the gas station parking
Lot near a small, abandoned shed.Animal Control Officer(ACO) McMullen advised he was trying
to make a left-hand turn around the shed and believed there was rebar in the roadway.
As he tried to avoid the objects in the roadway, the driver's side rear tires struck a wooden 2x4
protruding from the deck of the shack.The wheel caused a 6-7-foot section of the 2x4 to break
from the deck.There was no damage to the Animal Control truck.
Kenneth immediately stopped the vehicle and contacted the owner of the gas station. He
advised that he does not own the shack and instead rents it. He believed that the 2x4 was not
broken prior to Kenneth hitting it.
The gas station owner was identified as Souhail Ali DOB: 6/27/1999.
Sgt Gorajewski took photographs of the truck and 2x4 and uploaded them to Axon Evidence.
