THIS AMENDMENT, dated for reference purposes only as December 17,2026,is by and between
the City of Renton (the “City”), a Washington municipal corporation, and Furniture Repair Bank
(“Vendor”), a Washington non-profit. The City and the Vendor are referred to collectively in this
Amendment as the “Parties.” Once fully executed by the Parties, this Amendment is effective as
of the last date signed by both parties.
Whereas, the City engaged the services of the Vendorunder Agreement CAG-25-339, dated June
7, 2025, to provide necessary services for the City’s recycling collection events(referred to herein
as the “Agreement”);
Whereas, the Parties wish tonotamend the Agreement it is the same as 2025. In order to provide
recycling and repair of small furniture pre-approved to bring to event.
NOW THEREFORE, It is mutually agreed upon that CAG-25-339 is amended as follows:
1. Scope of Work: Section 1, Scope of Work, is amended to provide same service and
payment. The vendor will provide collection services at one recycle event in 2026. The
event will be at Renton Technical College on June 6, from 10am to 2 pm.
2.Time of Performance:Section 3, Time of Performance, is amended to extend the
Agreement term. All Work shall be performed by no later than December 31, 2026.
3.All terms of the Agreement not explicitly modified herein shall remain in full force and
effect and such terms shall apply to Work performed according to this Amendment as if
fully set forth herein.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties have voluntarily entered into this Amendment as of the date
last signed by the Parties below.
