Unless otherwise noted,the following occurred in the City of Renton, County of King, WA.
On 02-04-2026 at approximately 1751 hours I was dispatched to a non-injury/non-blocking collision that
occurred at 1900 Lind AVE SW.
I arrived and observed both units. Unit 1 had sustained minor damage to the front passenger side. Unit 2 had
sustained minor damage to the driver's side.
Both drivers advised that unit 1 was travelling north on Lind AVE SW in lane 2 when unit 1 changed lanes into
unit 2 who was in lane 1.
My observations of each vehicle was consistent with what the driver's advised and therefore I determined that
unit 1's improper lane change was the proximate cause of the collision.
I provided each driver with an exchange of information.
