Narrative
During this incident, I was equipped with a body-worn camera. It is important to note that the camera
may have captured things I did not perceive, and I may have perceived things not captured by the
camera. This report is intended as a summary of events to the best of my recollection and perception of
what occurred. I have paraphrased conversation(s)and may not include an exact sequencing of events.
Any inaccuracies, omissions, or mistakes are inadvertent.
26-1129
On 02-08-2026, at 1142 hours, I was dispatched to a report of a hit and run attended at the Alaire
Apartment located at 510 Stevens Ave SW,within the City of Renton, King County,State of Washington.
I spoke on the phone with Brooks, Hana R(DOB 07-18-2005), confirmed by his WA Dol photo.
Brooks wanted to report a hit-and-run that occurred.The vehicle was unoccupied.
Brooks vehicle is a black 2009 Honda Civic bearing license plate WA/BWW3524.The registered owner of
the Honda is Meehan, Lisa,who is Brooks' mother.
On 02-07-2026 at approximately 2200 hours, she arrived home and stated that she did not see any
damage to the vehicle.
Brooks stated that at approximately 1030 hours, she had gone to her Honda and noticed that there was a
scratch and dent.
Brooks believes the vehicle parked next to hers on 01-07-2026 is possibly the vehicle involved in hitting
her.She described the vehicle as a white, new-model pickup truck.The vehicle was already gone.
There is no video surveillance for this case file.
There was minimal damage to the Honda.
