NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTED BY THE RENTON CITY COUNCIL
Following is a summary of the Ordinance adopted by the Renton City Couhcil on February
9, 2026:
Ordinance No. 6181
An Ordinance of the City of Renton, Washington, Granting NFC Northwest,
LLC, authorized to do business within the State of Washington, its affiliates,
successors and assigns, the right, privilege, and authority to install
communications facilities, specifically fiber optic cable and related
appurtenances, under, along, over, below, through and across the streets,
avenues and alleys of the City of Renton within the public right-of-way of ,
Renton.
Effective: 2/17/2026
Ordinance No. 6182
An Ordinance of the City of Renton, Washington, granting Ziply Fiber Pacific,
LLC dba Ziply Fiber and affiliates authorized to do business within the State of
Washington, its affiliates, successors and assigns, the right, privilege, and
authority to install communications facilities, specifically fiber optic cable
and related appurtenances, under, along,over, below,through and across the
streets, avenues and alleys of the City of Renton within the public right-of-way
of Renton.
