Wragge Subject:Questions on Y&C 2 Short Plat/LUA25-000402, SHPL-A, MOD;PR25-000082 Ashley, I live at 1115 Pierce Ave NE and am affected by this project on my street. I have a couple questions about the above project: 1. Will Pierce Avenue NE between 11th and 12th be widened to match the current street, with a sidewalk. The owner had requested a reduction in right-of-way to complete the street. 2. Currently this week Dec1-5 Pierce Ave NE has been blocked to thru traffic, I am wondering if we can receive information about other projects in the future that will be blocking our street. Many of us on my block have lived in our homes for many years, we are all happy to have this property developed, and the trees removed. Thank you for any help with answering my questions. Please increase the right-of-way to allow road widening and sidewalks that are standard to thecommunity and don't allow these this amendment that undermine the 4-3-100 Urban Design Regulations. The lot next to it should be forced to widen the street as well and extend thesidewalk the connects to the property. Continue the sidewalks from the current neighborhood and widen the road to meet the standard 60' ROW. Don't allow or neighborhood to be developed without proper pedestriantransportation in mind.
