Pending building permit issuance, construction is planned to begin Q2 2026 and complete Q3 2028.
Standard working hours for the project will be 7AM-4PM, Monday- Friday.
Materials being hauled to the project site will enter Renton on I-405, exit I-405 and
head West on NE 44th Street, then turn North on Seahawks Way, and make a left turn into the
project site. Materials leaving the project site will head South on Seahawks Way, turn East on NE
44th Street, and merge on to I-405 Heading South.
Temporary controls including wheel wash stations, clean crushed rock construction entrances, street
sweeping, and existing impervious surface parking lots for loading will be utilized to minimize dust
and maintain clean roadways. To minimize erosion on site, all work will be performed in accordance
with the approved TESC plans and will utilize a variety of BMPs to protect our waterways and health
of our soils.
To minimize the projects impact on local traffic, we propose to perform all major trucking activities during non-
peak traffic hours(7PM-3AM). Please see the attached draft traffic control plan.
