This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by both
parties.
Attached for your review and signature is Amendment No. 1 to TAG-25-028 with CDW-
Government. The purpose of this packet is to extend the TAG expirationdate through
01/31/2028. The original purchase included a three-year annual support and maintenance
agreement which does not expire until then.
