ANY OPEN CUT SHAM. BE RESTORED IN ACCORDANCE LWTH KCRS &03(8)3. 14. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING ADEQUATE SAFEGUARDS.
