Reviewer,
The only construction needed for this project is street frontage improvements. The
work is to occur on weekdays from 7am to 5pm. The work will include new
sidewalk, planting strip, curb, gutter and some asphalting to tie into the existing
street surface. There is only one curb cut for this project. Any excavated materials
are to leave the site heading north to SE 144th St to either the freeway or east to a
disposal site. The contractor will maintain erosion control devises during periods of
exposed soils.
