On 02/13/2026 at 2156 hours I responded to 1402 N 36th St, in the City of Renton, King County, Washington. I
was responded to the call of a recent non-injury motor vehicle collision. This incident was captured on my
body worn video camera.This report is a summation of events that occurred and is not an exact
sequence of events.
Upon arrival, I contacted all involved parties in front of the above referenced address.
I identified Unit 1 as a 2006 Lincoln Mark(WA LIC#D94729D) being driver by the registered owner of the
vehicle, identified by his WA DL as David M Ebbert(DOB 12/13/1971).
In speaking with officers, Unit 1 driver stated that as he was attempting to back out of the private driveway at
the above listed address, he struck Unit 2 vehicle which was parked and unoccupied in the same driveway.
Several small scratches were observed on the front bumper of Unit 1 vehicle.
Unit 1 driver provided me with his WADL, registration and proof of insurance.
I identified Unit 2 as a 2021 Mercedes Benz GLE (WA LIC#CMJ4445). At the time of the minor collision. Unit 2
vehicle was unoccupied.The registered owner of Unit 2 vehicle was at the location, and identified via her WA
DL as Christina M Rich (DOB 02/25/1976).
1 observed minor damage to the driver's door of Unit 2 vehicle.
All observed damage to both Unit 1 and Unit 2 vehicles were consistent with the version of events provided
Unit 1 driver.
As Unit 1 driver admitted to officers that he had consumed several alcoholic beverages throughout the
evening, responding officers conducted a DUI investigation while on-scene. Ultimately, no probable cause was
established and all parties cleared the scene.
This incident occurred in the sCity of Renton,King County,Washington State.

Photographs of both involved vehicles were taken at the scene and later uploaded to Axon Evidence.
I provided each unit involved with a business card, case number and answered their remaining questions.
I then cleared the scene.
