SUBJECT:Annual Renewal of ACP FOG Software
This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by both
parties.
Attached for your review and signature is Amendment No. 2 to CAG-22-030 with Aquatic
Informatics. This Amendment authorizes payment of Quote # 00024795, in the amount of
$4,317.95 ($3,907.65 plus tax), for the annual renewal of ACP FOG Software. The current
renewal term is 05/01/2026 – 04/30/2027.
This software is used by Public Works to track fat, oil, and grease (FOG) for non-compliance
and send a notice of violation or warning letter to the facility, thus reducing FOG in our
sewer system.

ACP FOG Software - Hauler Portal (Small)
Hauler Portal Subscription for FOG manifest submissions.
- Food Service Establishments and Hauling companies receive email
reminders to have pretreatment devices serviced. Emails for late
cleanings are also sent.
- Hauling companies enter cleaning details into the Hauler Portal
website.
- Facilities receive emails indicating the pretreatment device was
serviced and submitted to the Authority.
- Documents and pictures may be attached.
- Cleaning details and documents are automatically available in
Authorities FOG software for Authority staff to see.
- Future cleanings are automatically scheduled according to the
businesses required frequency.
- FOG Program view dashboard widgets to learn which businesses have
past due cleanings.

Subscription for one (1) user to access the Aquatic Compliance
Platform- FOG software to manage and comply with Fats, Oil & Grease

and avoid sewer overflows.
