1. CALL TO ORDER
Chairperson AI Dieckman called the regular Parks Commission meeting to order at 4:05 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Members Present In-person: Cynthia Burns, AI Dieckman, Larry Reymann, Marlene Winter,
Tim Searing, Woneata Stallworth

3. AUDIENCE/ PUBLIC COMMENT- None
4. CONSENT AGENDA
a) Motion to amend the December 2025 minutes made by Tim stating that there was a
motion to change the time of the January 2026 meeting. Motion seconded; motion
carried.
b) Larry motioned to amend the December minutes to include discussion about
expanding the roles of Commission members in 2026. Motion seconded; motion
carried.
c) Motion to approve agenda in updated format made by AI, seconded, motion carried.
5. STAFF COMMENT
a) Status of hiring of Human Services Director—Maryjane Van Cleave
b) Shadowhawk neighborhood—Maryjane Van Cleave
c) After-storm cleanup—John Rupp
6. NEW BUSINESS
