Unless otherwise noted, all events took place in the City of Renton, in the County of King, in the State of
Washington.
This report is a summary of events that occurred and is not an exact sequencing of events.
On 02/15/2026 at approximately 1226 hours I was dispatched to a phone report hit and run that occurred at
1709 Queen Ct NE in the city of Renton, King County, WA.
The reporting party and owner of the hit vehicle was verbally identified over the phone as Harris, Christopher
C DOB 05/27/1988. He stated that at approximately 1002 hours, a delivery driver backed into his parked
Cargomate car trailer with WA LIC 85698AC causing damage to the rear corner.
The suspect driver he said is an Asian male in his 20's with a black beanie, white sweatshirt, and black jacket
who was making a delivery at the time the accident took place.The suspect car is a 2021 Toyota Prius with WA
LIC BWN9459 and should have a very broken, rear passenger side taillight.
Images of the damage, driver, and video with sound of the vehicle hitting the trailer were uploaded to Axon by
Christopher.
If the driver and vehicle that hit Christopher's trailer can be identified,there is probable cause to arrest them
for 46.52.010 duty on striking an unattended car or other property(hit and run)for running into his
Cargomate car trailer with WA LIC 85698AC and not stopping to exchange or provide personal information.
