THIS PROJECT USES AN OCCUPANCY SENSOR AT THE SECURITY BUILDING AND An ENERGY
RECOVERY UNIT FOR VENTILATION NEEDS AT THE CORE FACILITIES BUILDING. SEE ASHRAE
62.1 VENTILATION COMPLIANCE SCHEDULE.
C403.7.4.2 THE PROJECT OCCUPANCY SENSOR AT SECURITY BUILDING WILL AUTOMATICALLY
TURN OFF THE SUPPLY AIR FAN WITHIN 30 MINUTES OF THE OCCUPANTS LEAVING THE
BUILDING.
C403.7.8 THE OCCUPANCY SENSOR FAN AT SECURITY BUILDING WILL COMPLY WITH THE
REQUIREMENT OF SHUTOFF DAMPERS AND BE CLASS 1 LEAKAGE OF LESS THAN 4 CFM/SF AT

DUCTS INSIDE A CONDITIONED SPACE CRITERIA <2800 CFM WILL BE USED FOR THIS PROJECT.

USING A DUCT LOCATION AS INSIDE UNCONDITIONED SPACES, R-6.
C403.10.2 THIS PROJECT USES LOW PRESSURE DUCT SYSTEMS OPERATING AT < 2 INCHES
WATER GAUGE, CONSTRUCTED PER IMC AND THAT WILL BE LONGITUDINAL AND TRANSVERSE
JOINTS SEAMS ANS CONNECTIONS SEALED WITH WELDS, GASKETS, MASTICS OR TAPES IN
ACCORDANCE WITH THE MANUFACTURER'S INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS AND THE
