NOTES:
1. ONLY A REPRESENTATIVE SAMPLE OF CONTROLLERS ARE SHOWN. COMPLETE SYSTEM ARCHITECTURE TO BE PROVIDED BY CONTROLS CONTRACTOR.
2. ALL EQUIPMENT BY CONTROLS CONTRACTOR, UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE.
3. NETWORK CONFIGURATION SHALL CONFORM WITH ALL PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS IN SECTION 25 10 00.
4. PROVIDE LOCKABLE ENCLOSURES FOR ALL PSCs, SCs AND NETWORK EQUIPMENT.
5. ALL BMS EQUIPMENT, CONTROLLERS AND NETWORK EQUIPMENT SHALL BE POWERED FROM 120VAC POWER CIRCUITS. COORDINATE POWER REQUIREMENTS AND FINAL LOCATIONS WITH DIVSION 26.
6. CONFIRM ALL BMS PANEL LOCATIONS WITH CLIENT PRIOR TO INSTALLATION.
7. 24VAC POWER TRUNK WIRING AND STEP-DOWN TRANSFORMERS PROVIDED BY CONTROLS CONTRACTOR, AND SHALL BE POWERED FROM 120VAC POWER CIRCUITS.
8. INTEGRATE TO 3RD PARTY SYSTEM CONTROLLER VIA BACNET OR MODBUS COMMUNICATION, COORDINATE REQUIREMENTS WITH EQUIPMENT VENDOR.
9. CONTROLLER PROVIDED BY MANUFACTURER, CONTROLS CONTRACTOR SHALL INTERGRATE TO THIS EQUIPMENT.
10. CONTROLS CONTRACTOR SHALL INTEGRATE TO ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT PROVIDED BY DIVISION 26. REFER TO ELECTRICAL DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR QUANTITIES AND LOCATIONS.
11. CONTROLS CONTRACTOR SHALL INTEGRATE WITH LIGHTING CONTROL SYSTEM. REFER TO ELECTRICAL DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR QUANTITIES AND LOCATIONS OF LIGHTING CONTROL PANELS.
