NARRATIVE
CASE NO. 26-374
Narrative
Unless otherwise noted the following events occurred within the City of Renton, County of King, State
of Washington while I was working uniformed patrol. This report is not an exact sequencing of events
and statements have been paraphrased and summarized. BWC (body-worn camera) available.
On 0/13/2026 at approximately 1920 hours I was dispatched to a report of a hit and run that occurred
at the intersection of SE 168th St and 125th Ave SE. Dispatch noted that the reported party wanted
phone contact. I attempted to call, but no one answered.
At approximately 1942, the fire department requested that PD respond to the intersection of SE 168th
St and 116th Ave SE, as they had contacted the victim/reporting party. She was identified via WA
Driver's License as Seirra S Boclair-Johnson (DOB 06/04/2000).
1 responded to the scene and the fire department informed me that they had evaluated Seirra, and
she had no apparent injury. I then spoke to Seirra, and she relayed the following:
At approximately 1919 hours she was riding her electric scooter, traveling westbound in the bicycle
lane on the south side of SE 168th St. As she crossed 126th Ave SE, a dark colored sedan of
unknown make and model struck her as it made a right turn from SE 168th St to 126th Ave SE.
Seirra was knocked over, and the driver's side mirror of the vehicle was broken off. She heard two
male voices arguing, and then the vehicle sped off. She did not see the license plate and was unable
to describe the occupants. She noted that she now felt dizzy and a little sore but did not hit her head
during the accident. The electric scooter was undamaged.
Seirra stated that she was willing to assist with prosecution if suspects were identified. I took photos
of her scooter and requested that she call PD if she sought further medical treatment. I responded to
the location of the collision and located the damaged driver's side mirror. However, the mirror
appeared to have been run over by other vehicles before I arrived and was damaged beyond
recognition. I took photos and uploaded them to the case.
There did not appear to be any cameras near the intersection. I provided Seirra with the case
number. There is no further suspect information.
