Hello Trent,
The conditionally approved construction plans for the referenced project have been signed and are ready for
printing. You can access the signed plans at the link below. Please print 2-copies (22”x34”) of the signed plans and
return them to my attention at your earliest convenience. You may provide them at the preconstruction meeting, if
desired.

The following items are required to be received prior to scheduling the pre-construction meeting:
• Receipt of the required Surety Device
o Acceptable Documents can be found on the City website: Performance Guarantees
o Required Bond Amount: $1,662,219.87
• Certificate of Insurance with coverages as outlined in the City’s Certificate of Insurance Guidelines (See
City Website)
• A copy of the Civil Contractor’s license
• A copy of the Civil Contractors City of Renton business license
• Contact Information (Name, address, phone number, and email) for the Specialized Billing Contact who
will be responsible for any overtime inspection billing and any work performed by the City on the
Applicant’s behalf.
The Invoice for the Civil Construction Permit is attached. Payment must be received prior to commencement of
the Pre-Construction Meeting. You can pay the invoice on the First Floor of City Hall or online at the link below.
Payment must be made prior to the Meeting. Please bring the Receipt from Finance to the Pre-Construction
Meeting so that we can verify the invoice has been paid.
