CALL TO ORDER
ChairArtze called the meeting to order at 6pm.

AUDIENCE COMMENTS

APPROVE MEETING MINUTES FROM JANUARY 21, 2026
Motion to approve minutes of ineeting made by Commissioner Petek, seconded by
Commissioner Rochex. All ayes, motion carried. Minutes from January 21, 2026 was
approved. ChairArtze and Secretary Rochex signed to approve.

DIRECTOR'S REPORT

Chair Artze asked for a motion to open the pub(ic hearing. Commissioner Bayan made a
motion to open the pub(ic hearing, seconded by Commissioner Fiksdal. A((ayes, motion
carried.
Ashley_presented Docket 20 Group C, D-246: Electric Fence Code Update.
DISCUSSION
Commissioner Comments
1. ChairArtze noted the presence of warning signage for commercia(and industrial
areas and asked whether similar signage is required/provided for residentia(areas.
Ashley explained that the code does not exp(icitly require warning signs for residentia(
uses and clarified that it is a suggestion that staff can completely visit.

Chair Artze asked for a motion to close the pub(ic hearing. Commissioner Petek made a
motion to c(ose the pub(ic hearing, seconded by Commissioner Rochex. All ayes, motion
carried.

Maya presented Docket 20 Groua C, D-247: Indoor Recreation in IL and IM Zones.
Chair Artze asked for a motion to open the public hearing. Commissioner Kelly made a
motion to open the pub(ic hearing, seconded by Commissioner Fiksdal. A(l ayes, motion
carried.
DISCUSSION
Commissioner Comments
1. ChairArtze requested a status update on the purpose of the ParkAvenue pedestrian
entrances. Maya exp(ained that when a deve(opment has frontage along ParkAvenue,
pedestrian entrances are encouraged in order to support a more pedestrian-oriented
corridor along the park.

motion to close the pub(ic hearing, seconded by Commissioners Petek and Bayan. A(l
