On 02-23-2026 at 1315 hours I was dispatched to 811 Edmonds Ave NE, in the City of Renton, County of King,
State of Washington,for a reported hit and run that occurred overnight.
I contacted the reporting party/victim, Phyllis E. Chandler(DOB: 10-03-1952),via phone. Chandler told me she
parked her white Subaru Legacy(WA LIC:APR0913) along Edmonds Ave NE around 1700 hours.Around 1100
hours today, she noticed the back drivers taillight was smashed and there was damage to the back corner of
her vehicle. She did not know who did it and nobody left any note of information.
There is no suspect information at this time.
I provided her with the case number for her records.
