RFI 037 Footing Drain POC Rework $7,083.92CR-007
This fixed price change order is for the conflict resulting from the existing location of the footing drain Point of Connection (POC) and the new building foundation per RFI 037.
Andersen will saw-cut and remove the existing asphalt in an approximately 3’ x 12’ area to relocate the existing storm drain line to allow for connection of the footing drain.
Scope includes saw-cutting, excavation, demolition and replacement of existing PVC piping, backfill, compaction, and asphalt patching.
Note:**Costs do not include general condition and general requirement cost compensation for time impacts. Andersen reserves our rights to general condition and general
requirement cost compensation for time impacts caused by this change should they be needed at the end of the project.**
Pricing does not include Washington State Sales Tax (WSST). WSST will be applied at each billing.
Note from Owner: Additional work via this change order includes installing a drain pipe along the rear facade of the building in lieu of a drain pipe along the front facade. See Exhibit A for additional details of
work to be performed. .

route to avoid clash. Confirm this is acceptable. This will require asphalt removal and replacement as discussed this is the least
