This fixed price change order is to relocate the electrical meter, service disconnect, and CT Enclosure per RFI 031. Costs include the installation of the added unistrut structure
and concrete pad.
Note:**Costs do not include general condition and general requirement cost compensation for time impacts. Andersen reserves our rights to general condition and general
requirement cost compensation for time impacts caused by this change should they be needed at the end of the project.**
Pricing does not include Washington State Sales Tax (WSST). WSST will be applied at each billing.

incurred, labor performed, and material and equipment furnished.

Question:
Due to size of the electrical gear as stated in SK-RFI-031, there is not enough room to install electrical equipment as shown on
A3.02 North Elevation. Furthermore E1.00 Site Plan contradicts the location of Utility Meter and CT Cabinet and what is shown
on Architectural drawings.
Please advise on location of electrical gear and provide elevation detail showing mounting of gear and structural mounting
requirements. Potential suggested location for the Meter Base, CT Can and Enclosed Circuit Breaker shown on SK-RFI-031.
Please advise.
