Public Works —Transportation Systems Division recommends execution of the 2026-
2027 ORCA Business Cards and Business Passport Products Agreement, in the amount
of$115,851.60 for 355 passes for eligible employees; and approval of$9,866 in
additional appropriations to cover the budget gap.
