NARRATIVE
Location : Back Parking lot, Amazon Warehouse fulfillment SWA2 Address : 1905 Raymond Ave SW, Renton WA 98057Date
: 2/3/2026 Time : 1:45-6:30 a.m. night shiftCar : Honda CRV#AWL 17421 arrived SWA2 about 1:30am to 1:40am and I
parked my car at the back parking lot, middle spot, close to the site building and opposite to the stream. I reported to work
night shift at Amazon fulfillment center SWA2 about 1:40am. After completing my shift at approximately 6:00 a.m., I received
VTO to leave early in order to take my children to school. When starting my car, I noticed my right-side mirror appeared
slightly misaligned and shaking while driving. Upon arriving home, I discovered that the bottom housing unit of the mirror was
missing and there was visible cracking. Photos are available. I requested to the Amazon HR and Security to check the
incident during the time frame (1:40am to 6:00am)and their requested a police report for further investigation. I also checked
with Honda Renton and it costs 1387 to replace the right mirror with camera. I need to file a claim to the insurance company
and Amazon warehouse for the damage of my property while working at Amazon warehouse
