NARRATIVE
When I came back from shopping I saw damage to the rear quarter panel bumper of my vehicle. I was not in the vehicle at
the time didn't see anything around me that looked like it hit it. Whoever did it was gone. This was in the Fred Meyer parking
lot when I noticed it. Prior to that I was at the dollar store. I didn't notice it at that time.
No one was in the car at the time it happened. There's no one was hurt. Just vehicle damage.
