Narrative
The following occurred in the City of Renton, County of King, State of Washington.
On 02/27/2026 at about 1906 hours I was on 140th Way SE just south of Maple Valley Hwy when I was flagged
down about a collision that just occurred.
The reporting party, and driver#2 identified himself as William M Lowery. He stated that a female driving a
silver SUV had just struck his vehicle and fled. He went onto explain that he was eastbound in about the 3000
block of Maple Valley Hwy in lane#1 when the other vehicle pulled into his lane from lane#2 striking his
vehicle and forcing him into the curb. Lowery tried showing me the damage on the front left side of his
vehicle, but I could not find any. I did however locate damage to the rims on the right side where his vehicle
struck the curb. There is no further suspect information.
This incident was captured on my Axon body worn video camera. This report is a summary of events that
occurred and is not an exact sequencing of events. Statements have been paraphrased and summarized.
