Arborist Description
This parcel is HOA owned and is a Conservation Wetland Buffer. On the margin of the property there
is a 15' DSH dead fir tree, which has a history of branch failure. Beneath the tree is a popular walking
route and the HOA is concerned for injuries when there are additional failures. I am recommending
removal of this fir.
The parcel is densely vegetated, but upon visual inspection 30 trees were inventoried, comprising 255
tree credits. Replanting not required.
