Evidence of the coordination with King County Metro and the accommodation(s) shall be shown on the civil construction permit plans to be reviewed and approved by the Current Planning Project Manager prior to permit issuance. The applicant team has reached out to King County Metro as shown in the attached correspondence. As noted by King County Metro, they need contractor information and schedule in order to proceed therefore additional coordination will occur once the project is closer to the construction phase. 1 Holli Heavrin Subject:FW: Towns on 12th - PR22- 000160 Towns on 12th / LUA22 - Bus Stop Impact (45110) From: Coord, Construction <Construction.Coord@kingcounty.gov> Sent: Thursday, March 23, 2023 5:31 AM To: Alisha McKinney <AMcKinney@coredesigninc.com>; Bus Stop Projects <BusStopProjects@kingcounty.gov> Cc: PlansReview <plansreview@kingcounty.gov>; Korthals, David <David.Korthals@kingcounty.gov>; Chung, Lawrence <lachung@kingcounty.gov> Subject: RE: Towns on 12th - PR22- 000160 Towns on 12th / LUA22 - Bus Stop Impact (45110) Good Morning Alisha, Thank you for reaching out to King County Metro please have the contractor reach out to KC System Impact Construction Information Coordinators below I’ve attached a link to our web page Transit System Impacts - About Metro - King County Metro - King County Please share form below with the contractor to fill out.
