Narrative
On 02/28/2026 1 took a telephone report from the registered owner regarding an unattended hit-and-run
collision. The R/O stated their teenage daughter routinely operates the vehicle.
Per the R/O, on 02/26/2026 at approximately 2015 hours the daughter parked the vehicle in the Fred Meyer
parking lot (17801 108th Ave SE) between the food area and gas station and entered the store. She exited Fred
Meyer at approximately 2045 hours and drove the vehicle away without incident.
On 02/27/2026 at approximately 0705 hours the daughter parked the vehicle in the Starbucks parking lot(1785
NE 44th St) and went inside. She exited Starbucks at approximately 0725 hours and departed.
At approximately 1100 hours on 02/27/2026 the daughter discovered damage to the vehicle consistent with
being struck by another vehicle. Observed damage included paint transfer and dents on the left front/driver's
door and left front wheel well.
No witnesses or suspect information were reported by the R/O at the time of the call.
I attempted to contact Loss Prevention at Fred Meyer to view video surveillance but was unsuccessfull.
